Charge the Victim?

I doubt that this has legs since, as far as I can tell, it doesn’t involve any direct action by Palin, but it sure has a nasty ring to it. Charlie Fannon, the police chief of Wasilla Palin appointed after dismissing the sitting chief for political reasons, was charging the insurance companies of alleged rape victims for their forensic testing, and complained when a statewide law was passed forbidding the practice; Wasilla was supposedly the only town that had this policy.
